Cameron Duguid

Biography:

A graduate of the Edinburgh College of Art's animation programme, Cameron has directed two animated documentaries with scientific themes - ANNOTATE (Cineworks) about electricity generation, and THE ATOMISTS (Bridging the Gap), which explores the history of the atom.

He has also worked on personal sound design and photography projects. Cameron uses a variety of media and animation techniques in his work, including photography, cut-outs, stop-frame, drawn and multiplane animation. He completed A Stem Cell Story, a short animated documentary about cell culture in July 2006.

He has since animated a feature length documentary titled 'My year of Living Dangerously' which is currently in post-production. He has also made a return to the scientific theme with his recent feature currently shooting in Brussels.
