Streaming Video Help

For the best viewing results please read the following:

1. Make sure you have the latest Flash plugin from Adobe.  Visit here to check http://www.macromedia.com/software/flash/about/
2. Turn off any other applications that maybe using your interent connection to maximise your bandwidth and the video stream performance.  For example, email software such as Microsoft Outlook, FTP software, Skype etc... 
   
3. Also, be aware that times of day can affect the viewing, especially around 5pm when the internet traffic is high.
