Wins at Edinburgh Pitch 2009

We had some great pitches this year and the 'relaxed atmosphere' made the perfect backdrop to a busy few days. We had a record number of submissions and we had a full house with over a hundred observers

The projects that won were:

Best Scottish Project: Breathing by Morag McKinnon and Emma Davie, won the £2000 cash prize for an extremely emotional and powerful project about a man who suffered from Motor Neurone disease.

Best UK Project: Daniel Edelstyn for his project How to Establish a Vodka Empire for an extremely entertaining project that everyone just wanted to see when he pitched!
